Chicken Spaghetti

I got this recipe from a friend this summer, and it quickly became a family favorite. I used the rest of our turkey, so it's also a great way to use leftover Thanksgiving turkey!!

Chicken Spaghetti
2 cans cream of chicken and mushroom
1 cup chicken broth
12 oz. spaghetti, cooked
3 cups cheddar, shredded
4 cups chopped chicken (or turkey!!)
one small onion, chopped
1 rib celery, chopped

Saute onion and celery in 2 Tbsp. butter for at least 5 minutes, until softened.
Mix cooked spaghetti, soups, broth, chicken, veggies, and 2 cups of cheddar. Put spaghetti mixture in baking dish. Sprinkle extra cup of cheddar on top of spaghetti.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350
YUM!
It's creamy, hearty, and makes great leftovers. It heats up wonderfully.

Yummy! This is a favorite at our house! I love to make it and split it into two smaller pans...one to eat and one to freeze!
